London Culture and 2012: Agency Planner Forum
In conjunction with our sponsor the Canadian Tourism Commission, MPI UK & Ireland has created a dinner forum that will address the London 2012 cultural programme. This exclusive event provides a small group of planners the opportunity to receive knowledge on the topic and participate in a facilitated discussion over a first class meal.
For this event we will be joined by Chenine Bhathena – London’s 2012 Creative Programmer. Chenine will be happy to share details over dinner of how the cultural celebrations are taking shape and how you or your clients can become involved. Areas of interest may include the live sites, Olympic torch relay, music, dance and arts festivals.
The dinner forum will take place on Tuesday 29th March 2010 and will be hosted by Melia White House Private Dining – 6pm – 8.30pm at The Hotel Sol Melia White House is located across the road from Great Portland Street Tube - Albany Street, Regents Park, NW1 3UP.
Our planner forums provide a great opportunity for peer networking and sharing of best practice whilst enjoying fine dining. Previous topics have included London 2012 Planning, Event Sustainability, Meeting Architecture and Venue Contract Negotiation and have been well attended by agencies such as George P Johnson, BCD M & I, Grassroots and Ogilvy.
